Quinoa Salad
2 Cups Quinoa, cooked and cooled
1/3 Cup Green Pepper, finely diced
1/3 Cup Red Pepper, finely diced
1/3 Cup Celery, finely diced
1/3 Cup Red Onion, finely diced
1/3 Cup Cucumber, finely diced
1/3 Cup Tomatoes, finely diced
1/2 Cup Salad Dressing, Italian or Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Seasoning Salt
In a bowl combine all ingredients until well blended. Can serve immediately or keeps in the fridge for up to three days. Enjoy!!
