Toasted Bananas
6 Ripe Bananas (medium size)
6 Tortillas (White-large size)
1 tsp. Cinnamon mixed with 1/4 Cup White Sugar
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Margarine or butter
Caramel, chocolate or butterscotch sauce
Heat oven to 400F. Grease cookie sheet. Peel bananas and cut lengthwise and place in bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Butter one side of the tortilla and place one full banana, two halves, in the center of the tortilla. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll up tortilla and place seem side down on the cookie sheet. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and bananas. Melt remaining margarine or butter and brush over rolled tortillas. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Place on dessert plates. Drizzle with topping of your choice. Also delicious with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!!!!
