Coleslaw
1 head Green Cabbage, about 4 cups
2 Large Carrots, peeled and shredded
3/4 Cup Plain Yogurt
1/4 Cup Buttermilk
2 TBSP. Mayonnaise
1 TBSP. Cider Vinegar
1 TBSP. Sugar
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. Seasoning Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds

Wash and shred cabbage and place in bowl with shredded carrots. In a separate bowl combine all other ingredients. Whisk for two minutes or until mixture is smooth. Toss with the cabbage and carrots. Place in fridge for 2 hours, can be longer. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds before serving. Enjoy!!!!
