Turkey Casserole
1 1/2 Cups Turkey, cooked, leftover
2 Cups Mixed Vegetables
2 Cups Gravy
2 Cups Mashed Potatoes, leftover
2 Cups Stuffing, leftover
2 Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
In a casserole dish, spread cooked turkey that is cut into pieces, on bottom of dish. Top with mix vegetables. Pour gravy evenly over turkey and vegetables. Add a layer of stuffing and then a layer of mashed potatoes. Cover with grated cheese. Bake in a 350F oven for 30 to 45 minutes until golden brown. Serve with a salad. Enjoy!!!
