Breakfast Casserole
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup (condensed)
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 tsp. Seasoning Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 - 1 Kg. Package Frozen Hash Browns, thawed
2 Cups Diced Ham
1 Onion, finely diced
3/4 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
Combine undiluted soup, sour cream, seasoning salt and pepper, hash browns, ham and onion in a bowl. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake in a 350F oven for 45 minutes or until cheese is browned. Enjoy at breakfast, lunch or dinner time!!
