Baked Kale Chips
1 Bunch Kale
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Seasoning Salt
Preheat your oven to 350F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. With a knife or kitchen shears, remove leaves from the hard stems. Rip into bite size pieces. Wash and dry kale very well. Using paper towels to make sure leaves are dry. Lay kale flat on cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoning salt. Bake until edges are brown but not burnt, around 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!! Tip: If you like a bit of spice, sprinkle a bit of pepper or cayenne pepper on the kale before baking.
