Spaghetti with Tuna and Arugula
1/2 Package Spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 Can Tuna, drained
1 Lemon
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1 Onion, diced
1/2 Red Pepper, diced
1 Cup Arugula
1/4 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp. Seasoning Salt
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
In a large pot, saute onion, garlic and red pepper in the olive oil on medium heat until tender. Add juice from the lemon, red pepper flakes, seasoning salt and tuna. Once heated add arugula and stir for two minutes. Toss with cooked spaghetti. Serve with garlic bread. Enjoy!!!!
