Carrot Casserole
5 Cups Carrots, sliced
3 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
1 Onion, diced
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 tsp. Seasoning Salt
1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
2 Cups Bread Crumbs
1/3 Cup Melted Butter or Margarine
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a large casserole dish. Bring to boil a pot of water and add carrots. Cook until tender but still firm. In a saucepan melt 3 Tbsp. butter. Saute onions and stir in soup, seasoning salt and cheese. Stir in cooked carrots. Transfer mixture into casserole dish. Mix the bread crumbs with the melted butter and sprinkle over top of the carrot mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!!!!
