Cheese Stuffed Hamburgers
1 Pound Extra Lean Ground Beef
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Seasoning Salt
1 Onion, diced small
1/4 Cup Barbeque Sauce
4 Slices Light Cheese Slices
In a bowl, mix beef with worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion and barbeque sauce. Once mixed, form into four balls and make a hole in the middle. Fill the hole with a cheese slice that has been folded into four squares. Squeeze the meat around the cheese so that it is not showing. Flatten into a patty. Cook the burger on the barbeque, frying pan or in the oven, 4 to 8 minutes per side. Make sure there is no pink left. Place burger on a bun and top with your favorite toppings, lettuce, tomato, onion, mushrooms and pickles. Enjoy!!!!
