TURKEY POT PIE
2 Cups Mashed Potatoes
3 Cups Cooked Vegetables, such as peas, green beans and carrots
2 Cups Diced Cooked Turkey
1 Cup Turkey Gravy
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheese
1 Sheet Frozen Puff Pastry
1 Egg, lightly beaten
Preheat oven to 400F. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray. Spread potatoes in the bottom of the dish. Toss vegetables and turkey with gravy. Spoon mixture into dish over the potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. On lightly floured surface, roll dough out 1 inch wider than the baking dish. Place dough over baking dish. Trim edges and cut one inch slices on the top. Gently press to seal. Brush with egg. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until heated through and pastry is golden brown. Enjoy!!
