Layered Peach Squares
2 Cups Graham Crumbs, or pre-made graham crust
1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine, melted, if making crust
1 Package, 250g, Cream Cheese, brick
1/4 Cup Sugar
3 Cups Cool Whip, thawed
3 Peaches, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 Cups Boiling Water
1 Pkg. Raspberry Jelly Powder
2 Cup Ice Cubes
If you are making your crust, mix graham crumbs with the butter and press into a 13x9 cake pan. Beat softened cream cheese with the sugar until blended. Whick in 1 and 1/2 cups cool whip. Spread mixture over crust. Top with Peaches. Put into the fridge.
In a bowl mix boiling water with jelly powder for 2 minutes. Stir in ice cubes until metleted. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Whisk in remainined cool whip and spread over peach layer. Place in the fridge for 4 hours or until firm. Enjoy!!!
