Cherry Cheesecake Frozen Yogurt
1 Package Cream Cheese, softened
1 Cup White Sugar
1 TBSP. Lemon Juice
3 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Cups Fresh Cherries, pitted and chopped

In a large bowl, mash the cream cheese with the sugar until combined. Stir in the lemon juice and mix in the yogurt, a cup at a time. Mix until it is smooth and creamy. Mix in the chopped cherries. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in freezer for at least four hours. Scoop into serving bowls and top with more cherries. Enjoy!!!
