Slower Cooker Pepper Steak
1 KG Beef Sirloin, cut into 2 inch strips
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Pepper
3 TBSP. Oil
1 Cube Beef Bouilon
1/4 Cup Hot Water
1 TBSP. Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
1 Green Pepper, sliced
1 Red Pepper, sliced
1 Can Stewed Tomates with liquid
3 TBSP. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
On medium heat, pour oil into a large pot and then beef and sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Brown the beef. Transfer to the slow cooker.
**IF you do not have a slow cooker, add the remaining ingredients to the beef and simmer the mixture for one hour or until beef is tender.
Mix bouillon cube with hot water until dissolved, then add cornstarch, mix. Pour over the beef in the slow cooker. Stir in onions, green and red peppers, stewed tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar and salt. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours. Enjoy over rice or potatoes.
