Crispy Herb Fish with Parmesan Potatoes
1 Pouch Shake and Bake Original Coating Mix
1 tsp. Dried Basil
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
4 Fish Fillets, any white fish will work
4 Large Red Potatoes, cut into 1 inch chunks
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese
Pre-heat oven to 400F. Line a baking pan with tin foil and spray with cooking spray. Mix coating mix, garlic and basil in to the shaker bag. Add fish, 1 piece at a time. Shake gently and place on the pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily. While fish is cooking, cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes and add milk, parmesan cheese and cream cheese. Mash mixture until well blended and smooth. Serve with fish and a salad. Enjoy!!
