Cherry Shortbread Cookies
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Icing Sugar
1/2 Cup Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Cherries, pitted and chopped
1 Cup Butter
Cream butter and icing sugar together. Add the cornstarch and flour. Mix well. Stir in chopped cherries. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Press with a fork. Bake in a preheated 300F oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden. Enjoy.
