Sweet and Sour Meatballs
1 pound Lean Ground Beef
1 small Onion, diced
10 Crackers, crushed
3/4 cup Evaporated Milk
1 tsp. Seasoning Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

1 Can Pinapple Tidbits
1 Red Pepper
1 Cup Carrots, sliced
1 Onion, diced
1/4 Cup BBQ Sauce
2 Tbsp. Soya Sauce
1 Tbsp. Vinegar


In a bowl mix together, ground beef, onions, cracker crumbs, seasoning salt, pepper and garlic powder. Form mixture into one inch balls and place on a cookie sheet. Place in a 375F oven for 30 minutes or until meatballs are brown and no longer pink inside.
In a pot saute onions, carrots and red pepper in 1 Tbsp. oil for five minutes. Add can of pinapple with juice, BBQ sauce, soya sauce and vinegar. Heat for 5 minutes, stir in cooked meatballs. Heat for another 5 minutes. Serve over rice. Enjoy!
