Easy Low Fat Egg Nog
2 Eggs, well beaten
3 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 1/3 Cup Low Fat Milk (1%)
Dash of Nutmeg
In a blender place eggs, sugar, vanilla and milk. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve chilled, will last in the fridge for 5 days. This recipe makes three glasses. Enjoy.
