Hearty Vegetable Soup
5 Cups Water
3 Potatoes (peeled and cubed)
3 Carrots (peeled and chopped)
2 Celery Stalks (chopped)
1/2 Red Pepper (diced)
Any other vegetables you like
1/2 Medium Onion (diced)
2 Cubes Vegetable Bouillon
1 Can Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
1 Tbsp. Seasoning Salt
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Pepper
In a large stock pot boil potatoes in water for 10 minutes. Add carrots, celery, onions, red pepper and any other vegetables you like and the vegetable bouillon. Cook until vegetables are soft. Add cream of celery soup and add seasoning salt, garlic powder and pepper. If you would like more liquid, add more water. Heat through, stirring occasionally and serve. Enjoy!!!
