Low Fat Berry Cobbler
2 Cups frozen berries (or canned)
3 tsp. flour
3 tsp. Sugar
2/3 Cup Flour
3 tsp. Baking Powder
2 Tbsp. Margarine or Butter
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Eggs
4 Tbsp. Milk
Preheat oven to 350F. Place berries in a casserole dish. Mix the 3 tsp. flour with the 3 tsp. sugar and sprinkle over berries. Place berries in the oven to warm while you mix the topping. Mix the remaining flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Cut in margarine with a fork or pastery blender. In another bowl beat eggs and add milk. Combine the egg mixture into the flour mixture and mix unitl moistened. Remove berries from oven and spoon dough by the tablespoon over the berries. Not all the berries will be covered. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until dough is browned. Enjoy!!!!
