Apple Cranberry Crisp
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Margarine
7 Cups Apples (peeled and diced)about 3 pounds
3 Tbsp. Apple Juice
1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a eight inch baking dish or casserole dish. In a bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, white and brown sugar. Cut in the margarine using a pastry blender or a fork until the mixture is crumbly. In another bowl combine apples, apple juice and cranberries. Place the apple mixture into your baking dish and sprinkle with crumb mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream or whip cream. Enjoy!!
