No Bake Peach Pie
1/2 Cup Water
2/3 Cup White Sugar
3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
8 Fresh Peaches, blanched, peeled, pitted and sliced
1 9 inch Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Stir together the water, sugar, cornstarch and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. When the mixture has come to a boil add the peaches and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Pour into pie crust and refridgerate for 2-3 hours. Serve with whipcream or icecream. Delicious!!!
