BAKED BRUNCH OMELET
10 Slices of White Bread, cut into pieces
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 Cup Ham, cubed
8 Eggs
2 Cups Milk
1/2 tsp. Seasoning Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 dash Hot Sauce to taste
1/2 Onion, diced
1/2 Red Pepper, diced
1/2 Cup Tomatoes, diced
In a frying pan, on medium heat, sauté onion, peppers and ham for five minutes, add the tomatoes and turn off the heat. In a greased pan, place half of the bread cubes on bottom. Sprinkle half ham and onion mixture and half the cheese and repeat steps. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, seasoning salt, pepper and hot sauce. Pour mixture over the bread and ham mixture. Place in a 350F oven for 45 to 60 minutes until golden brown and eggs are set. Enjoy!!!
