Pasta Salad
1 package Bow-Tie Pasta, boiled and cooled
3 Cups Diced Vegetables, your choice, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, green and red peppers
2 Tomatoes, diced
1/2 Cucumber, diced
1/2 Red Onion diced
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Seasoning Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 Bunch Green onions, cut up
In a large bowl, place your diced vegetables, onions, tomatoes and cucumbers. Mix in the cooled bow tie noodles. Add the mayonnaise and ranch dressing. Sprinkle with seasonings and mix until well blended. If you would like it creamier you can add more mayonnaise or ranch dressing. Keep in your fridge and enjoy up to three days!!!
